NEWS UPDATES

December  2023

Bookings are now live for February half term! Dont miss out!!!

We are open from the Monday 12th Februray- Friday 16th February from 8:00am-6:00pm. Please Check our fabulous schedule of activites we have on for this term.

Play in Ecclesall closing update

As most of you know, Play in Ecclesall Holiday Club has been based at High Storrs School for the last 4 years. We have enjoyed many fun, exciting and memorable holidays there with your children and can’t wait to make more in the future. However, October 2023 half term was our last holiday club at High Storrs School. The school will be carrying out major construction, building and improvement works over the next 12 months during school holidays. So in the interest of the children’s safety we and the school have decided that it will no longer be a safe environment currently for our holiday clubs. to take place. We apologies for any inconvenience and hope you understand our decision.

BUT… please don’t panic! We will still be open as normal, we will just be based at a different school.

New Holiday Camp Opening

Our new holiday club will be at Westbourne Junior School. A fresh location which we will  move into by February half term. Play in Westbourne will continue be run the same way and offers the same high quality of care you have come to expect from us, where just at a different location!

We would like to announce that we will be opening a new holiday camp based at Westbourne School. The grand opening will be through February half term and we are super excited! We have now updated our website with the new location and please read the information pack to understand the srevices which we provide. Westbourne school has some fantatsic facilities including a new refurbished hall, astro turf for our sports sessions and a very handy Early years area for our 4-5 year olds. We are looking forward to making lots of holiday club memories.

To keep our camps local and accessible for our families Play in Westbourne is just a 7 minute drive away from High Storrs School and a 2 minute drive away from King Edward’s where Play in Hallam is based. We hope by keeping the camps closer together to provide a solid overall base for our clubs and allow our families easy access to both.

Price Increase

Following the change in location and rise in living costs we have had to review our current prices. We are having to increase them slightly due to inflation and wage increases across the UK. This new price will be implemented for February half term 2024. Play in Ltd Holiday Clubs will be increasing to £40 for the full day (8am-6pm). This price increase will allow us to continue providing amazing in house and extra curricular activities for your children, along with the hire of the building spaces and our qualified play workers and sport coaches.
